About
Carol was born and brought up in South Africa, and attended Michaelis School of Art as part of a BA degree at the University of Cape Town in 1963.
After a long period running an antique shipping company in London, she began studying at the Lydgate Art Research Institute under the tutelage of the renowned Robin Child.
In 2004 she instigated the formation of the Rosvik Gallery, a collective of invited artists specialising in abstract and semi-abstract works. Regular workshops (known as paint-ins) are held at the gallery in the heart of the Wiltshire countryside and all benefit from the shared experience and mutual support received from their fellow artists.
